There are a few reasons why you may not be receiving TextUs emails.

  1. You are no longer an active user. If your user status has been disabled, you’ll need to reach out to your Organization Administrator to request that your access be reactivated.
  2. Your email server is bouncing the emails. You may need to reach out to your IT Department to request that your email address be able to receive emails from TextUs. Our IP address is 167.89.67.84 for Whitelisting.
  3. You have unsubscribed from TextUs emails. Please note that if you unsubscribe from any TextUs email, you will be unsubscribed from all TextUs emails. If you do not want to receive emails informing you that you have a new message, you can update your email notification settings by following the instructions here.
