You can create templates for messages you may be sending often. 

Steps to create a Template

  1. Click on the Message Templates tab on the left.
  2. Click the + in the top right
  3. Give your Template a title so you can identify it. (this will not display when the message is sent)
  4. Add your message content.
  5. Optional: You can Personalize your template using the + personalize button and adding in the Contact's first name.
  6. When you are finished, click Save.
