Here is a Smart PBX Quick Guide for you to reference while using TextUs Voice!

Follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Go to:

Step 2 - Sign In with your TextUs Credentials

Once you login you will be greeted with the SmartPBX Dashboard:


When viewing the SmartPBX Dashboard, you will find a list of all of your active services & users. Here you can access your entire FlexUC system; manage your Numbers, Auto-Attendants, Hunt Groups, Devices, Voicemail Boxes; and view Call Logs.

Select the Numbers link and you will see a list of all of your numbers and what person/service they are assigned to. Also, you can see what Spare Numbers you have to use on new/existing services:

Select the Users link and you will see a list of active users. Here you can manage Voicemail Passwords resets, User Credentials, User Devices, Numbers, and Features:

Select the Groups Link to manage your Hunt Groups.  Here you can add users, change ring method/order, and select custom ring back music.

Select the Main Number Link to manage your Office Hours, Time of Day Routing, Incoming call flow, Conference Bridge, and your Main Fax Number

Select the Call Logs link to search your entire call history.

Select the Devices link to see all of your devices (desk phones, softphones, cell phones etc.)  Here you can change the SIP credentials, Handle device swaps, and change users

Select the Voicemail Boxes link to manage the end user voicemail boxes. Here you can do password resets.

Select the Feature Codes link. Here you can see a list of Star codes that can be used on the desk phones or soft-phones.
