Organization Admins have the ability to edit the names of accounts at their organization and edit the names and email addresses of any users associated with each of these accounts. 

To edit an account name, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on the Settings cog in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Click on the "Accounts" tab on the left side of your screen 
  3. Click on the name of the account that you would like to edit
  4. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the account name
  5. Type your changes to the account name
  6. Click the save icon to the right of your new account name! 

If you would like to edit the names or email addresses of any users associated with an account, please follow these steps: 

  1. Click on the Settings cog in the upper right corner of your screen
  2. Click on the "Accounts" tab on the left side of your screen 
  3. Click on the name of the account that contains the user information that you would like to edit. 
  4. Click on the Pencil Icon to the right of the user information
  5. Type in your revised first name, last name or email address. You can also select a different user role or email forwarding option for this user.
  6. Click the save icon to the right of this user's information
