TextUs does require a strong internet speed to have full functionality and any connection issues such as high latency could affect it. If you are experiencing connection issues, we're unable to help, but your IT Department should be able to assist.

If you are not experiencing internet issues, you can try clearing your cache. To clear your cache, follow these steps:

Sometimes the Chrome Extension may become out of sync with your web application. To fix this, go to app.textus.com, log out using the button in the bottom corner, and log back in. After doing so, refresh the page that had the Chrome Extension open. This will refresh your connection to the extension and should fix the problem.
