You may get this error, where the loading circle just spins continuously after entering your erecruit credentials and Base URL:
This issue happens when there is a discrepancy between the username/password you have typed, and your actual erecruit credentials!
Go to erecruit, and sign out. Then sign back in by typing your credentials and NOT using your autofill. If you are unable to get in, please use the "forgot your password" link for erecruit and set a new password. Once complete, please go back into the TextUs integration and input that information.**
You will also want to make sure that the Base URL matches your companies erecruit domain.
