TextUs Conversation filters include: 

  • Flagged
  • Unread
  • Unanswered
  • Notes

To filter by these options: click the appropriate icon below the search bar.

Once active, click this filter again to see all messages

The Flagged Filter:

The flagged filter shows conversations that have been flagged for follow up by you or your team.

Flags are helpful to mark and quickly locate important conversations. 

Flags can be added to a conversation from the settings dropdown menu in the conversation window.

The Unread Filter:

The unread filter allows you to view replies to conversations that have not been viewed yet. 

It is important to understand that as soon as a received message is viewed or clicked on, it will automatically be marked as read. You will no longer see it in the list of unread conversations.

Messages cannot be marked as unread. Users are encouraged to use the unanswered filter to view all received messages pending a response.

Once active, click this filter again to see all messages

The Unanswered Filter:

The unanswered filter allows you to view received messages that have not been responded to.

This filter is very useful, especially for busy accounts and multi-user accounts. It’s the best way to be sure messages requiring a response are not being lost or neglected.

Once active, click this filter again to see all messages.

The Notes Filter:

This filter shows all conversations that have notes associated with them.

Notes can be added from the settings in the conversion window. They can be used to store important information, links or reminders regarding the conversation. 

Notes are not visible to the contact.

Once active, click this filter again to see all messages.
