An Orange message in TextUs means it is scheduled to be delivered at a specific time in the future. This can vary from minutes to days.


If you are sending messages normally by using the send icon and not deliberately scheduling a message and your message is appearing as Orange before changing to blue your computer time may be out of sync.

Open your computer's time and date settings and make sure you are set to automatically sync to your correct timezone. If the issue persists, please reach out to your IT Department for further assistance.
